New IPhone not pairing

I can't get my new phone 13 Pro, to pair with my iWatch (6). I've unpaired it with my last phone, yet it still won't show up on my phone. I've tried the steps of 'reset' and my watch isn't showing any indication of resetting anything. My watch with the "i" icon is no longer on my old phone or on my new phone.

I've done these steps and many others. I've opened a ticket with support to see if they can assist. I've done all of the apple support items listed~reset both phones (old and new) and the watch. My watch doesn't show up on old phone, nor on new phone. Although it did get a text in a few moments ago. I'll try again after dinner. 2 hours + on doing 'all the things'...so IDK.
