Proof of Replacement phone receipt
I need proof of replacement phone reciept because my phone has lost so I did claim to my insurance company and they need proof of replacment phone pf reciept.

For a physical Apple Store purchase you can try contacting the store where you purchased the item and see if they still have a record of the purchase.
