Want watch to ring but phone silent with calls

I recently upgraded to an an Apple Watch 7 and am using it with the same iPhone XR I’ve had for a while. With my old watch, I had it set up that anytime my phone would receive a call, even though it WASNT on silent, it wouldn’t ring if I was wearing my watch - only my watch would vibrate. If I took my watch off, my phone would then ring. I cannot figure out how to get that set up again. I don’t want to have to keep my phone on silent mode but I just want my calls to alert my watch- but not hear my phone ringing. Any ideas??
