How can I see my apple watch information on my account settings. Or my phone settings?
How can I add my apple watch to my apple ID settings on my phone? I can only see my iphone, but my watch is not showing.

Go into the watch app on your iPhone and make sure the watch is signed into the same iCloud account as the iPhone. If not, sign in and restart both devices. It should work then.
If that doesn’t work, charge your watch and iPhone so the watch makes a backup on your iPhone.
I would then try unpairing and re-pairing it. Click “Restore from backup”.
