App for Ring Doorbell

The Ring Doorbell application will not let me log in. Have deleted and added again from the App Store several times, and have gone through Ring Customer Assistance. The desktop app works, but won't let me connect, that has to be on the phone app. Got a new IPhone SE the other day, thinking that has something to do with it?

Ring Doorbell is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.

I have the Ring doorbell app on my devices, both iPhone 13 Pro and the iPad Pro 11. It works fine. If you are experiencing a problem with logging into the app, you are going to have to get that straightened out with Ring.
