So for some reason I was going to use the Apple TV app on my Xbox and then a random i never used popped up, i never purchased a subscription before at all. Anybody ever had that happen?

The Channel listing will always be there in Watch now tab, among the other channels. You can’t hide any of that.
But that should be just one icon in a row of icons. Nothing else, unless you subscribe.

It is the UP Faith & Family channel, it wasn't a recommendation at all, not even a suggestion either. I checked my subscriptions and the only thing is apple tv+ that I am currently subscribed too. All i know is that it is just there.

Verify your active subscriptions: See your subscription overview - Apple.
If you see subscriptions that you do not want, then you can cancel those. How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
