I paid for no ads on the game Ball Sort Puzzle but I’m still getting so. Many. Ads. What can be done about this?

Normally, the contact support site/link is shown on the app's description on App Store.

Normally in the app settings you can tap Restore Purchases (or something similar).

Definitely contact the app developer.
