You're very welcome! Although this is only happening on your one device, it is still recommended that you delete the account and add it back, for fresh connections. Deleting and adding back is only recommended if you have an IMAP account, not if you have a POP account as that will delete all the emails. Before deleting be sure it isn't a POP account. If you're concerned about deleting and adding it back or if the issue continues after those steps, we recommend reaching out to your email service provider to look into this more.
