I am the administrator of our Apple School Manager account and we would like to reset the password and phone number for 2-factor verification. When I click the 'Forgot Managed Apple ID or password?' link, it asked me to 'Contact your organization's Administrator or Manger ...' , which is ME @_@
Anyone knows how could I reset the password and phone number for an organization administrator account?
