in my Mac, the mail is showing if I give my mail account, it is showing this account already exists
I just reinstalled the macOS, lm then only it is showing like this, before reinstalling it was working, now it his not showing

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are trying to add your email account on your Mac but continue to get this error message saying it already exists.
Is the account already being used as an Apple ID on this Mac? If so, it should already been in your Mail preferences. Go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts, select your iCloud account and make sure that 'Enable this account' is selected. You can do this for all email accounts on your Mac. Check out If iCloud Mail isn't working for additional tips that should get your email account back in your Mail app.
