That is a most open-ended question. From my perspective, the Safari integration across the Apple ecosystem is invaluable. Excellent password manager. Tracking protection, 3rd party cookie blocking, etc. work well. Coming from a world where I was accustomed to having a variety of browser extensions to help manage privacy I was slow to trust that Safari was taking care of that right out of the box. With time, you will find that it does an excellent job.
Probably my micro-manage tendencies peeking out, but I would like to see a MUCH better means for managing cookies in Safari. Many times a day, I go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data and manually delete the cookie accumulation. The fact that there is no whitelist/blacklist, functionality makes this FAR more painful than it should be. Your only choice is to "Remove All", or hand pick, cookie by cookie, the ones you want to delete so as to preserve those cookies you need to keep. I am accustomed to using the Cookie AutoDelete extension to do this in other browsers.
I often read posts from others regarding their need to have two browsers on their system to overcome the problem of Safari not being useable across all websites. I find this to be a VERY infrequent occurrence. So infrequent that I long ago uninstalled my backup browser and Safari is my one and only goto.
If your interest in Safari is of a more specific nature, with a specific question in mind, toss it out here. Someone will likely be able, and happy, to provide you some feedback.
