MacBook Air Application Memory

I have a MacBook Air M1, Later 2020 version and I keep getting "Your Mac has run out of application memory" pop ups. Im running macOS Monterey (Version 12.0.1) and I have 175.03 GB available of 245.11 GB of Flash Storage 7.08 GB of which is taken up by Applications.

Can someone help with this?

EDIT.

I saw on another thread someone said, "If you made changes to customize your mouse pointer and specifically the color choice—restore the defaults and compare your results."

I did in fact change my mouse pointer colour, so I'll see if that makes a difference and update in a day or so.

Feel welcomed to leave any other suggestions though.
