How can I unlock my iPad

I forgot my password to my iPad Air and tried too many times and now it’s locked with “iPad is disabled connect to iTunes”. I’ve tried on my phone and no info on this subject. Any help please

Start here using a computer => If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
