It's so frustrating to pay a Premium price for the Apple ecosystem, and find out the ecosystem is not congruent. For example, in Reminders, when you click the "i" button, you get different menus on iPhone and Macbook. It ads so much frustration because I can't find the same setting where I used to find it.

Could you go to Reminders app on your MacBook, click the “i” of a reminder and see if you have the option to move the reminder to another list, please?
*and subtasks are also not in the list on the Macbook

Short of the necessary differences in the interface, I don't see anything different. One looks like macOS and one looks like iOS, but all the same capability exists in both.
You just drag it into the list you want in Mac OS
Don’t need for a menu item.
Somethings are in necessity in iOS because you don’t have a mouse. The ability to drag and drop just doesn’t exist.
