this phone i have brought from UAE,Dubai and when i came back to my home country and i am totally unable to change the billing adress as well country/region so i would like to change the server but i am totally restricted to even sign out from the apple id

after the moment i arrived in my home country why i am unable to change billing adress to my server where now i am situated..thats not fair
Theres no any option for change the country/region.. Except UAE
