apple tv suddenly won't work

Hi!

So I redeem a 3 month subscription for Apple TV. It works great for a day then suddenly it stop and says "Episode Unavailable. This episode is not available in your current country or region." Either in my phone and my TV.


I've already try to sign out every possible Apple ID across my Apple device (Apple TV, App Store, iTunes, even my phone) but still the apple tv don't work.


Anyone here face the same problem? Any suggestion?

Greetings sinsinsin10, 


We understand that when using your Apple TV+ subscription across multiple devices, you’re only able to watch the episode once and then receive an error message. 


If you start a new episode or show do you see the same message or not until 24 hours later? Do you use any security software or VPN connections? If so, are you able to temporarily remove those and test?

I only use it on TV. I do have Apple TV app on ny phone but never watch it there.


When i tried to watch another show/series, the message is the same. And I dont use VPN.


Yesteday, I cant use it all day, but suddenly at 9 pm it works just fine until now (1 am). Im not sure why tho


i think its just moody 😂

lets hope it stays on good mood.
