Apple Watch Series 3

Dear Sir / Madam ,1.On Last Fri I contacted the Apple Support about an issue with my Apple Watch Series 3 which I was presented on my Bday in Dec 2019 and just after 1 and a Half year plus the ‘Display is dim’.2. The Customer Carr executive asked me to carry out soft ware updateding again even though my Watch was updated with late dte software.The Customer Careexecutive told me that my problem will be solved .My problem was not resolved hence I was advised to visit the nearest Service Centre which was in Fist Floor,Shop No 817-818 Sector 22 A, Chandigarh.   2.Accordingly I got an appointment of 1540 for 19 Nov(it was available).On visiting the Shop found it closed.Again rescheduled the appointment for Mon ,22 Nov for 1200.  3. On visiting the Service Centre I was informed that the issue is because of water getting into the Watch.I informed that the Watch is ‘Swim Proof’ and that I have used it while swimming and that I am aware that in case of rain etc I am supposed to manually activating the sealing /locking of the Watch.The Lady informed me that as you are aware Apple products are sealed and nothing can be done.  4.  After visit to service Centre (which I believe they are denying) I called Apple Support and the senior Advised MR Rahul assured me that he would assist me in this issue and that he will give an email to the Seevice Centre to find out from them and he also told me that he comes on duty at 1230 and hence I should expect a Call between 1-2 pm.I kept waiting but no one tried to contact me and I received 2 emails ;1 saying we are trying to contact you and the other that ‘we tried to contact you’ whereas no one called me.Today again none called me but I received an email saying that someone was trying to contact me.  5. Again called Apple Support and spoke to Senior Adviser Himanshu (hope got the name right) .Was informed that Rahul had given the email to the Service Centre and they claim that I did not hand over the device which is a lie.   6. I have again been asked to visit the Service Centre tomorrow and someone will call me at 1200 tomorrow .  7. With great pain I would like to mention is that I am totally disgusted with Apple.For you information I and my Family have been loyal customers of Apple and all 4 Family Members are in possession of I Phones-4 Apple Watches-4,I Pad 2 and MacBook Air 3.Please let me know we made a mistake that we trust Apple products?Are the Apple products not the best in the World? Does Apple manufacture Apple products to last 1-2 ? Are the Apple products substandard ? Should I recommend my friends to purchase Apple products? what about the responsible behaviour of the Customer Carr Staff ;they without calling give emails saying “tried to call”? What about Service Centre ?Even though the Customer visits the Center they deny it?
