Why can't I disable hdr settings on iPhone 13?

Turn off automatic HDR
On iPhone XS, iPhone XR, iPhone 11 models, iPhone SE (2nd generation), and iPhone 12 models: Go to Settings > Camera, then turn off Smart HDR. Then from the camera screen, tap HDR to turn it off or on.

This solution applies to the X,11 and 12 series.
The problem is that we are not able to turn off automatic HDR in the new iPhone 13 series.
