Keep Having To Reset iCloud Password (Multiple Times A Day)

I have to reset my iCloud Password EVERYTIME I do ANYTHING involving my account. First it say Account Locked, then the next screen says Verification Failed, then I have to reset my password. I've done this literally over 100 times this month.

PLEASE HELP!
