Authentication Failed - Apple TV 3rd generation update has broken my Apple Tv

Has anybody else experienced this issue with the update from the 3rd generation Apple TV? My screen mirroring has stopped working, Authentication Failed. Apple TV customer support doesn't help in any way, they just say "a new updated will be available soon, we don't know when, nobody will contact you"

Any help or tips on how I can fix my Apple TV would be great

Can't update/restaure my apple TV Hello! I recently bought a tv+ sub to watch some new TV show and when I took out of an old box my Apple TV and tried using it, I notice the airplay didn't work with tv+ from my iPhone 13.
