By downloading iTunes app on your computer (1), then connecting your iPhone via USB to that computer (2)


(1) Download and use iTunes for Windows - Apple Support

(2) to sync: Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support

(2) to backup: Back up your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch in iTunes on PC – Apple Support (UK)
