I recently deleted my folder that says 'Desktop items" from my iPhone, and in iCloud. I noticed that they are deleted from my MacBook Pro, and Mac mini. Can I restore these items in it's original form allocated back to my desktop?

Look for your files in the trash and restore them back to your desktop or other location.
You'll also find them in recently deleted folder in File.
If you permanently deleted the items, you may be able to restore them using your Tim Machine backup from your Mac.
