Hi, I'm trying to gain access to my account. I do not know my password and my account is linked to my Canadian phone number which I no longer have access to. I've tried to request access by logging into someone else's account and following that process. However, I've done this 3 or 4 times and never heard anything back. Is there any other way I gain access?
Why would you think logging in to someone else's account will let you unlock your own? You can reset your password from someone else's devices but you do not need to log in with their accounts at all.
You need to reset your password through your own account not someone else's. You can use the Apple Support app or Find My on someone else's device: Follow the steps here: link-> If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
