The mobile device driver is built in to MacOS and can’t be removed. On a Windows PC the driver is installed when you install or upgrade iTunes. You can get it at https://itunes.com or the Microsoft Store. It is free.

Provide a Screenshot:

You image is no more than a white rectangle. If it is a screenshot, please provide it. If you are getting a message about missing driver, then you need to reinstall the MacOS.

Reinstalling the macOS:

Go Here: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple SupportImportant: Be certain to create a backup of your Mac prior to all of this. That way, you can have something to restore from the Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Once reinstalled, try this once more.

Use Another Cable:

Try another cable, particularly an Apple brand for trustworthiness, though not required. Don't have one? Ask someone if you may use their's.

Try this Google Search Query: device manager usb iphone microsoft windows site:answers.microsoft.com

Add some more words to the beginning of it (before the word device) and/or use +/- and quotation marks to gather words together to get a more defined answer. Without using punctuation, I get 2,660 results popping up when I search for it (the number is a guestimation, on Google's part.)
