My right Airpod 1 keeps cutting out

Hi,

I am having a constant and nagging problem. My right Airpod keeps cutting out. The strange thing is that if I put the right airpod back into the case while I am walking for 3=5 secs it will work again for about 5 minutes and then cut out! I am syncing to a iPhone 12 pro. I have tried every scenario that has been presented to me. Rebooting, deleting and reinstall etc.

Anything? Are they dead???
