I need help with my backup

I'm trying to transfer my information from my phone that is currently not working with the new one

Quick Start:

How is it "not working"? Does it not power up? To transfer it, get power, and then use Quick Start: Use Quick Start to Transfer Data to a New iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


Troubleshooting iPhone Power:

Visit the following links for tips on troubleshooting this...

I. Try what is on this Link: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't Turn on or is Frozen - Apple Support


II. Perform a Restart:

Try Force Restarting your iPhone. Save any information that need be. Then perform the restart.
