Face is to dark to see and brightness is turned up all the way.

1. Which device is this occurring on?

2. Does the behavior happen under certain lighting conditions such as in direct light, in dim lighting, etc?

3. Did this start after a specific event such as an update, changing settings, accidental damage or a drop?
