That usually means the dongle(s) to get to VGA aren’t working quite right, or the monitor resolution is incompatible.


Native resolution on that panel is 1280 x 1024 at 60 Hz, and with what looks like DB15 VGA connection.


Confirm your dongle(s) will support that resolution into VGA.


And to avoid confusion, there is no Mac Pro from 2015. You have a MacBook Pro, which is very different from Mac Pro.
