Thanks for replying I have done that but yet …. I connected to wifi and removed from low mode but still
Please read the message on your screen.
Also, turn off the Low Power Mode option.
You need to connect to a real WiFi, not tethered to a hotspot.
I know it’s not optional as we speak now my wlan network is on and not in power save mode but it still not showing
Please why is MY DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL not showing blue or responding in my software update
