Unable to change billing address in my Apple ID account

I'm trying to change the billing address for the credit card used as payment in my Apple ID account.


I'm following the instructions in the Help page (i.e. using App Store while on my MacBook Pro) -- but I keep getting the "We've run into a problem. Please try again later" error.


I've tried again later many times but it's not working. Is there another way?

Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
