Add to apple wallet

Am trying to download Covid vaccine pass from my email yet when I click on add to apple wallet nothing happens - help!!!

When I click the apple wallet ikon in the mail, it looks like the phone tries to redirect to a ticket-site, but then "jumps" back to the previous site I was on. Can some help me solve this problem? Can’t add tickets from gmail to Apple wallet There is no link to Apple wallet when I open my ticket pdf in gmail. I can’t send the tix to Apple wallet, is there a way to do this?
