Is it possible to lock the ipad home screen to just its first screen?

I have a new ipad that i want to give to a child. I have set up apps i want them to use on the first home page of the ipad, and moved all the others to the second screen (accessed by swiping right).

How do i lock the ipad the the first home screen so that the child can only access the apps on there and not swipe right into all the app store/settings apps etc.
