Apple Wallet not working cannot add tickets

What happens when you follow these steps:

Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet

Do you receive an error message?

It looks like you'll need to use the Tickemaster app, Rushinjr.

1. In the Ticketmaster app, sign in to your account.
2. Tap My Events to view your order.
3. Tap on Add to Apple Wallet

Please Note: Adding tickets to a digital wallet is optional. It is not necessary to gain entry. You can access your tickets from the Ticketmaster App or by going to www.ticketmaster.com on your mobile browser if you are experiencing issues adding tickets to a digital wallet."
