iPad 7 has plenty charge but will not power on?? PLEASE HELP

Then that makes me wonder that it has plenty of charge as you say. What happens if you connect the device to your computer, either using iTunes, or in the case of a Mac the latest versions of MacOS? If what I provided at first does not help, and you are not able to get anything if you connect to the computer, then you need to use the Get Support link at the top of the page here and contact Apple Support.
