Need help with iCloud storage upgrade.

When I try to upgrade from the free storage to the $2.99 option, I keep getting brought back to the payment plan as if I don’t have any payments there. I have signed out of my iCloud account, turned the phone off and on and logged back in and it still doesn’t work. I can barely use my phone properly now and it’s frustrating the **** out of me.

Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services,

like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more.


It includes the email address and password you use to sign in,

as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services.


First:

Check the payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID:

(Scroll down to find your country or region)

Then:

How to create your Apple ID if you do not have one::

https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204316/


Now you can:

Change, Add or Remove Apple ID Payment methods

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201266


AND / OR


Upgrade to iCloud+
