so i bought a subsciption i thought i could change to a smaller one and i need a refund

so i bought a yearly subscription for 69.99 on the app replika thinking i could go to the settings and change the subscription to a monthly subscription for 14.99 since they didnt have it on the app and i thought i would get 59.85 and im using walmart money card and i have the app but i havent got my money back and this is very upsetting
