Can't charging macbook pro A1398

Today my macbook pro 15" A1398

can't charing the battery ,

It' won't show the battery icon

system report

Battery installed: No

I already try the SMC and PRAM

still not working .

Ok, since it can't see the battery, it might be best to take it to the Apple Store or a certified service provider for them to take a look...
