How could I reactive my apple store & I tunes account please

Per Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help. 


Unfortunately, nobody here can help enable your Apple ID, and nothing you can do yourself—other than a discussion directly with Apple—can re-enable this Apple ID.
