No notification sounds for most apps even though setting is turned on

I don’t get any notification sounds for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Yelp, and a lot of other apps. I get the notification, but no sound is played and it doesn’t show up on my watch. I checked all of the notification settings and it says there will be sounds. I still get sounds from Apple apps, eBay, and a few others. I really want to know what’s causing this because I have this problem on pretty much all of my devices.

We hear that you're having trouble with notification sounds.

Let's make sure Do Not Disturb is off.

Settings > Focus is any focus currently set or is Do Not Disturb enabled? Here’s more about the new Focus feature in iOS 15 - Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch When you go to Settings > Notifications, do you see ‘Deliver Quietly’ listed for any of the apps?

Do Not Disturb and focus is off, and I don’t see deliver quietly listed for any apps.
