I get a message that my account for Apple iTunes and Apple store have been closed. This is a mistake. How do I get this resolved?

I need access to iTunes and the Apple Store.

Closed or disabled? If disabled, you will need to contact Apple Support. See instructions in: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
