Don't worry, let's try something else then.
Try ejecting the SIM tray and see that everything looks great and then put it back as it should be. Example: it might have need a little bit of an adjustment or so.

It isn't necessary a problem from your phone. Did you try inserting your SIM card in another phone to see what happens (therefore you can see if it is from your phone or not)?
