See if booting in Safe Mode resolves the problem. If OK then see if the problem returns after a normal start. Booting to Safe mode takes minutes.

Safe Mode deleted caches and some other things. A lot of times just boot to Safe Mode followed by normal boot resolves problems. No reason the stay in Safe Mode.
However, sometimes problems are caused by processes that are started and in Safe Mode a lot of processes are not started. Thus, if no problem in Safe Mode and it returns after normal boot then something gets started and there is an app you can run and post the results to provide insight of what is loaded/started.
If still problem:
Download and run this app.
It shows what is launched and other information and is very useful in finding causes of problems. After you first launch the app make sure you check Enable full disk access in the box in lower left.
After running the app use the app's feature to paste to clipboard. The in the text box for a reply in this forum click on the addition text icon. This is because the normal reply text box limits how much you can type.
No personal identifiable information is contained if the app output. The app was written for a person who is contributor to these Apple Support Communities
I will try. The problem with many problems is that I can't say exactly what triggers them It could be using a set of applications over several hours. But then I can't say in safe mode for long.
In this case, I'll boot into safe, open up some apps and let it sleep,. I'm not sure that's all that is required.
