Update Apple ID settings

Hi, I have just purchased the Apple Pro 13 phone and transferred everything from my old Iphone X

Under settings there is a message which asks me to Update Apple ID settings.


I put my password in and it seems to processing but then stops and the message still remains


I would like to know how to get rid of this message or fix the problem if necessary?


I would appreciate any help on this please?

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device. -
