No, there are likely many such programs. You can also use the tools built-in to Macs/iDevices and share access across all of your Apple devices.

No, you can Google for Password Managers Mac OS and you will find some. Personally I have been happy with 1Password, I use the IOS version.

I use 1Password, I have it on my Mac and IOS devices so if anything is locked out I always have access.
