while using my personal hotspot only two devices can be connected. How do I increase the number of devices that I can hotspot at a go?
Personal HotSpot is a feature managed and provided by your carrier. Contact your carrier and inquire about the total number of connections that can be used over HotSpot with their cellular service.

There is no setting on the iPhone to limit or increase the amount of connections on a Hotspot. I still recommend contacting your carrier to ensure that all is set correctly with your account. They may have a way to find out why you are limited to only two connections.

I don’t think it’s the carrier issue because a friend can connect multiple devices while hotspot is on whereas mine can only handle 2 at a time and we use the same carrier.
I thought there is a way of setting it in the settings. It is so limiting
