After you have recovered/reset your passcode, the phone will be erased, and will need to be activated again. If it has already be activated with an apple ID you will need those apple ID credentials to activate it.

if your iphone is disabled dont worry go to the nearby apple store they will help you youll need a iTunes backup because they will reset your iphone and theyll connect your phone to a pc and recover it and my friend u can also do it by yourself its really easy go on google and download the itunes app on pc then use ur charger and connect your phone with the computer and then open the app there will be an option for recover..
