How do i reset restrictions passcode (4 digits) to be able to turn off my backup.

I totally forgot the restrictions passcode to backup and restore my old phone to new one

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Thanks, my ios bit old (iphone 6) don’t see any forgot passcode on the screen time.
