Hearing Aids and I phone ringing
I want my I phone to ring only on my hearing aids.

What happens if you Mute the phone. Of course, that would mute all sounds. If you have MFi hearing aids that connect via Accessibility, go to Settings>Accessibility>Hearing Devices>turn on Play Ringtones. If that plays on both, you will need to Mute the ringer on the iPhone if you only wish for it to ring on the hearing aids.
