Apple Card pending transaction for 34+ days
On Oct 23 I purchased a new MacBook Pro and signed-up for the Apple Card to take advantage of the 0% interest for 12-months.
During my transaction, Apple cancelled my order with no reason and charged my Apple Card. This charge has been in pending status since Oct 23, and there is no purchase order number because Apple cancelled the transaction.
I've followed up several times with Apple and GS specialists who are nice, but unhelpful. I just get passed back and forth.
They tell me the issue has been escalated. However they can't tell me
- what the issues is
- when the issue will be resolved
- how to escalate the issue
Most importantly, they don't offer a workaround for my issue. The problem is on their end, and this issue prevents me from purchasing a new MBP.
I would appreciate any advice how to solve this problem.
