2 apps that won't delete or respond

I have these 2 apps that I have been trying to delete for a while now but they don't open or respond, it's as if they're not even there.


MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.4

If these Apps are appearing in Launchpad and there is no corresponding Application in the Applications folder - the iCons in Launchpad are Ghosts of non existing Applications.


To remove >> in Launchpad OPTION key held and an X will appear beside the Ghost Application. Click the X and presto - gone.


OR


Drag and Drop the Ghosted Application Icon to Trash.
